Payment Account Setup
Set up your entity’s payment gateway account. Zaabai partners with Stripe – that allows vendors to collect and track customer payments directly into their accounts, after small deductions for platform & service fees.
Free Listings & Faster Payments
Start with Zaabai for free and benefit from lower commissions. There are no listings fee. Payments are released into your account quickly after completion of bookings.
Create Booking Widgets
You can also place “Book Now” buttons or display your services with booking features on your own branded website by easily embedding simple widgets from your Zaabai listings.
Create Your Listings or Services
Easily create and upload details and images of unique Thai experiences or services. Choose booking types, listings by locations, by days, dates, times and group bookings.
Manage Resources
You can offer bookings by locations and by available resources at each location. Choose booking types and booking availability by days, dates and times as applicable, including variants of listings.
Vendor Dashboard
View and manage everything from your vendor dashboard: create services, booking slots, reports and track sales generated. You will also get your branded virtual storefront.

Secure Payments & Financial Management
- Integrated payment processing: Zaabai has selected Stripe as our Payments Processor to handle secure payment processing, ensuring timely and reliable payouts to service providers. Customers can use either Credit Card or banked-linked QR codes, to make payments. The very established Stripe Connect system, allows Vendors/Suppliers to create their own accounts which can be linked directly to their bank account for efficient payment transfers. This approach is better for our partners as Zaabai does not hold their monies at all.
- About Stripe: It is a leading global payments platform with a strong presence in Thailand and around the world. It is approved by the Bank of Thailand. Both domestic and international travelers can use all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard and JCB card, while our domestic customers can use their preferred local Thai QR Payment system (like PromptPay). By integrating Stripe’s secure, PCI DSS-compliant gateway, we guarantee that all payment data is handled with the highest level of security, giving both our customers and our local business partners ultimate peace of mind.
